By downloading or using software of show my pc, Inc., or its
subsidiaries, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If
you do not agree with such terms and conditions, do not use the
software. The terms of show my pc Software License Agreement and
Software Maintenance Agreement (if purchased) which accompany the
original or new versions of the software and patches, point
releases, maintenance releases, updates, enhancements, or upgrades
thereto upon installation or download, are applicable in addition to
the terms and conditions stated below.
By downloading or using a Show my pc software product, you
acknowledge that the software and documentation, and the products
they are used in conjunction with, are subject to U.S. and other
countries' export and import laws and regulations and agree to
comply strictly with all such laws and regulations. You certify that
you will NOT transfer or export, directly or indirectly, any
software or documentation, or any portions thereof, including
without limitation any technical data, related materials, or
updates, into any country or to any entity prohibited under the
above-referenced Export Regulations, as amended, or in violation of
any other applicable law, nor use them in any manner or for any
purpose prohibited by such regulations or in violation of any other
applicable law.
DMTech Computers does not maintain, own, license, control show my pc
software and will be held harmless for error.
